This team member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all interior and assigned exterior areas of the Casino. Ensures the cleanliness of assigned areas and floors throughout the Casino. Assists in tracking and maintaining appropriate levels of cleaning materials. Maintains floor care in all areas of the Casino. Assists with Event Center set up and break down as assigned. Stores and uses cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment safely and orderly. Operates vacuum cleaners, upholstery cleaner, floor care machines, and various other equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Reports unsafe and/or unsanitary conditions to the immediate attention of the immediate supervisor and Facilities management. Assists in emergency evacuation procedures as needed. Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Win-River Resort & Casino’s guests service program. Classification not eligible for benefits. This team member prepares and serves food and beverage items to guests in assigned food and beverage outlets of the Resort & Casino. One (1) year of quick serve or casual dining cook experience in a similar environment is required. Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and excellent knife skills are required. The ability to read, understand, and prepare recipes is required. Food Handler’s card is required. Must be a quick learner, courteous, and able to work in a fast paced environment. This team member is responsible for the safe parking and retrieval of vehicles for guests. Experience and demonstrated ability in operating a variety of motor vehicles, including both automatic and manual transmissions is required.
